Cancellation Policy
Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer this appointment slot to other patients who may have an immediate need to our care.
Cancellation fees will be applied if you fail to cancel your appointment at least 4 hours before the time.
No Show Policy
Our time, as is yours, is very valuable and if you fail to show up for an appointment a cancellation fee will apply.
